If ever there was a pharmacy to avoid, this is it.  All CVS cares about is moving product and making money.  They push refills constantly even when requested to stop sending reminders.  Their staff frequently are individuals with a less than good command of English so they can be hard to understand and work with.  They are typically rushed, overwhelmed and therefore the staff doesn't have the time to address concerns, answer questions and so forth. The store tends to be disorganized, shelves are not neat and the general environment is unappealing.  If my insurance did not require that I use this pharmacy, I'd choose another one in about a nanosecond.

The Scripps Ranch store never has enough employees to help the customers. Checkout line gets backed up and they dont send up another checker to help. They need to have a bell to ring when the employee is not up front. Also, they rarely have diet 7-up or diet Sprite. Its annoying to have to go to Vons after I go to CVS.

This is my local CVS and the staff especially in the pharmacy are super kind and helpful! They are always going out of their way to be helpful for the most part
