Johnny was such an incredible help from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to makeup, skin types, and how to choose and apply the right products based on each persons unique needs. I was truly impressed by how well he understood what would work best for my skin and the look I was going for. His expertise and attention to detail really made all the difference.What stood out most to me was how patient, kind, and thorough he was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain what he was doing, why he was doing it, and how I could recreate the look on my own. I never once felt rushed or overlookedhe made me feel seen, heard, and taken care of.Johnny clearly has a passion for what he does, and it shows in his work. He has an incredible eye and a genuine talent for enhancing natural beauty. I left feeling more confident and beautiful than I have in a long time. Im beyond grateful for his time, effort, and skill. Hes truly a gem in this field and anyone who has the chance to work with him is lucky. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. One of the employees, an older woman working near the checkout section and Clinique section, kept following me around and watching me as if I was doing something wrong. I was simply shopping for my aunt, swatching products to show her, yet she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Her behavior was unprofessional and gave off a very negative energy. Instead of assisting customers, she seemed more focused on monitoring me for no reason. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I wont be returning to this location.

Cynthia, an older associate at the Carmel Mountain Ulta is extremely rude and gives off the most unsettling vibe. She relishes taking it out on customers whatever shes dealing with in her head on unsuspecting customers to make herself feel good about herself in the most petty way. Its really sad if it isnt so creepy.I was looking at some lipsticks at the prestige section and she was following me around uncomfortably, critiquing my appearance and color choices. I never asked her for help. She really needs to keep the overbearing and unsolicited suggestions to herself when a customer makes it clear that she doesn't need help. Cynthia made me feel harassed and uncomfortable for the first time at an Ulta store. She really needs to learn to keep her thoughts to herself and keep her mouth shut when the customer tells her enough. No one should be made to feel as uncomfortable as I did shopping at this store because an employee can't respect basic human boundaries and treat people with common decency.

An employee at this store stole my wifes information and opened a credit card account (which is through Comenity Bank). Despite filing a police report as well as Comenity Banks admission that the card was opened on Oct 10th and was charged $470 the next day on Oct 11th, they found nothing suspicious about this. How would we have even received the card by then to charge that much money on it? The theft of one employee at this location has got my wife and I running around for over a year trying to delete this item off of our credit report and now we have to sue comenity bank to force discovery so we can have the derogatory item removed this way from her credit report. Ulta has been a nightmare and has been blacklisted from our familys places to shop.

An employee at this store stole my wifes information and opened a credit card account (which is through Comenity Bank).
