I had a pick up order and when the cashier (guy) took my order rips bag and starts scanning my products i noticed one of the products is not the one i wanted so i asked if i could change it and he responded so rudely "No, i can cancel your order or you can come tomorrow and change it" at first I thought about it like maybe i could but i decided ok cancel, then i thought he would give me another bag since he ripped mine but he did not and as I was living he asked for my ID then I had to ask for a new bag and he just tossed it at me!!! I never leave any reviews but this was as far the worst experience I've had in my life I had worked in retail before and if there's anything I know is good customer service is everything, at the end I returned to. Purchase my sunscreen because I needed it not tomorrow today! Awful employee to be working at any store .

I purchased $30 wax. It was my first time using this particular brand and it didnt work. Unfortunately Ulta wasnt able to return it, thats fine. But the supervisor had a bad attitude about it. She saw a line form didnt offer to help until she saw I had a return in which she approached the register to tell me they couldnt return it. No hi hello or anything like that. It was unpleasant experience to say the least. The supervisor who helped me needs to work on her communication skills. She was nasty and has no people skills. Nothing but bad energy and bad attitude. I was a big fan of Ulta and have a credit card and shop here almost weekly. Definitely wont be coming back to this location or shopping as often for that matter.

I went in for an impulsive haircut after going in with a friend. Anthony immediately helped and not only was he helpful and knowledgable, he also had a bright and reassuring energy. He puts a ton of care into his clients hair and I felt well taken care of. I got a gorgeous trim with layers and he helped fix my bangs! Definitely pay him a visit, youll feel brand new.
