Went to return an item with no receipt and was 3 days over the 30 day refund window but not the 60 day store credit one. However their system wasnt showing it with my insider rewards lookup. Luckily I was able to pull it up on my account on my phone. After going back and forth with the associate, showing her on the website how it clearly said I bought it there with the date and that I had actually redeemed rewards for a mascara. I asked to speak to a manager several times because I was tired of going in circles with them trying to tell me that Kohls Sephora only does 30 days when there was store policy saying 60 right in front of them. Finally management came and saved the day and gave me store credit. So I looked around to buy something but they were out of everything I was looking to buy. What a hassle! I think Ill stick to Ulta.
