        I have lived here for 4+ years and our HOA has gon up to almost $500 because other residents are not paying their bills. The HOA said that the people that do pay have to make up for them. I also got a parking violation today for being parked in my own driveway. They said that it is a common area and that anyone can park there in front of my garage. Told to me by the associate manager.

        My nephew and his mom live here, well secure community, a shared pool entertainment center. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Unfortunately due to the close location of the border a car or two tends to "disappear". But security is doing its best.
