Cleaners and More

I am super picky and have been all over San Diego trying to find a good tailor. This place opened near my house and I figured Id check them out I have to say I was super stoked because they are the best Ive found since moving from the east coast. I would definitely use them for any tailoring needs. As a dude, theyve done all the hard stuff like tapering to make my pants, suits and shirts look perfect. Really friendly owners too, I highly recommend them!

Went to get my dress shortened on a Monday for a party by Saturday5 days later- prior to giving dress I asked how much he charges for the shortening of the dress. Store owner would not give me a price and said it depended on how much work and if dress had a slip (even though he had the dress and could see that it had a slip). I reluctantly gave the dress. When I came back to pick up Dress he charged me $97 , which was more than I paid for the dress. He apparently charged a rush fee. Never coming back here again. Very unprofessional and a total rip off. Not transparent at all.

The owners and other staff I have had the pleasure to meet are all wonderful. The very first time I ever went to Cleaners and More, I needed my nursing school patch embroidered onto my scrubs. I was in a huge time crunch and needed them the same day. I offered to pay extra for the fast service but the woman did not charge me extra to have them done. She essentially stopped everything she was doing to quickly get my patch onto my cloths. In less than 5 minutes I had my scrubs all done and for only 10 bucks. I was so thankful and they were so nice and understanding. Thank you Cleaners and More! I always go to them now even for my standard dry cleaning. I also plan on getting my White Coat for my graduation coming up embroidered by them with my new credentials!
