I wholeheartedly recommend Socalcustomvans for your van conversion. After wasting 5 weeks with a Portland builder filling out questionnaires and applying for phone appts just to get to the point where we were told he couldnt possibly do our build within our budget we found Nick and Socalcustomvans in San Diego. We gave him our design and our budget and he built our dream van with even more features than we thought we could afford. Nick is a surfer dude and the working process is much like Nick himself: easy-going and laid back. Decisions and workarounds for anything that came up were resolved by texts. Even now, almost 18 months since we picked up our van, which we named Mr. Blue Sky, we still sometimes need help with a question or a repair and Nick is always willing to accommodate in any way he can. We had an excellent experience renting a van from SoCal Cusom Vans. The van was equipped and clean. Nick was extremely helpful and gave us advice on places to stay. We will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. Great experience.
