I went to a number of dealers before going to San Diego ECARS and San Diego ECARS was such a better experience! They were knowledgeable, very experienced, understood what I wanted (and didn't try to sell me a car I didn't want), and very easy to work with. We were looking for a car for our daughter's 16th birthday and they had the exact one we wanted! She wanted a car with a CD player and they made sure it worked, they detailed the car so it looked beautiful and worked with us to have a pre-purchase inspection as well. I highly recommend Peter and San Diego ECARS! They made the entire process seamless and stress free and our daughter is thrilled with her car!

Wow - I wish there were more STARS to give! I highly recommend San Diego ECars! I recently worked with Peter to complete my purchase of a hard to find LOW mile used vehicle - I was in the market for a very specific truck and after going through multiple dead ends locally, I found Peter at San Diego ECars. I was initially skeptical since I was in Arizona and the truck was in San Diego. There were way too many questions for me to be at ease - should I fly to San Diego, should I wait and see if there would be something closer to home, should I give up on what I really wanted? I took a chance and contacted San Diego E Cars and luckily that's when I met Peter. I told him where I was, what I wanted to do and asked him to walk me through the process. Peter's ability to help me understand my vehicle buying options for out of state buyers and his williness to painstakingly video and talk through the truck's condition gave me 100% confience that I hit the jackpot! Peter and I found a price that was 100% fair and I made the purchase. Peter arranged for the vehicle delivery and it soon arrived on a Friday. The truck was taken off the delivery vehicle and I did my inspection. I was estatic as the truck was completely as described with the title and bill of sale ready for emissions and registration as soon as Tuesday - since Monday was a holiday. That's when things went bad -- somehow I lost the title and Bill of Sale. I contacted Peter at San Diego E-Cars and he immediately began working to procure a replacement title. 100% my fault but Peter 's unmatched customer service and his willingness to go WAY Beyond the sale has earned my graditude and next time I want to look at hard to find super nice vehicles I will give San Diego ECars the first look. Amazing customer service, went above and beyond. Didn't pressure a sale and the car I looked at was in amazing condition. 10/10 experience
