        Every time I go to this location there are about 6 or 7 people just standing around not helping anyone. They always try to press some kind of "service" that needs to be done. Also tried to charge an extra $50 for tire rotation. Only reason I go is they send me coupons.

        Car was diagnosed with a wheel bearing and the front shock was leaking , they will charge each problem with car, other Toyota dealers wave this, but the big issue was they missed the lower tie rod that was loose that was causing the tire ware , what the car was brought in for, they could care less, but were very polite to take my $475
