Josh and the positive testimonies are a fraud. I was victimized by my employer in a disability discrimination case. Hush took the case at 40%. When he couldnt get a settlement, he made up feeble excuses why he couldnt take the case to court. He then tried to hustle me for 20k to take it to court. I am on disability. Furthermore, he took the case knowing the facts. I feel victimized again, as I wasted two years with no results. Do not believe the hype on the website. He is not one of the attorneys that seek justice.

Josh Gruenberg is honest, kind, and idealistic. I have had the pleasure of knowing him in matters unrelated to his legal practice for years. He has given me good legal advice out of the kindness of his heart though I have never retained him. I will leave it to others to give a more thorough evaluation of his court room skills. But I am confident in saying that his character and motivations are of the highest order, and that alone counts for something when placing your trust in a lawyer.

Save yourself the trouble of reaching out if youre protected under the ADA and need a lawyer who believes in, equality and fairness to all. Is there such thing as giving zero stars?

Trash. Kept discrediting everything that was said. Not helpful at all. The absolute WORST service. Do better.
