I had consultation with Nathan Low. I had sent him an explanation of the situation in advance and when we went over my situation on the phone he was prepared. My case was an option to buy and the risk was that the other party might try to reneg. Nathan provided me with the advice necessary to insure compliance and it looks like there will not be a problem. An once of prevention, etc. Thanks Nathan.

I did not end up, moving forward with working with The Watkins Firm but I want to give a special thank you to Kyle (intake specialist). Kyle helped answer some of my questions and pointed me in the right direction for my needs.

I tried to hire this firm. I thought his receptionist was both friendly, and very professional. But when she passed me on to attorney Watkins, after grilling me for a bit on the particulars of my case (in a notably unfriendly manner), he asked how much I wanted to sue the other party for. When I told him he scoffed, and told me, Twenty Seven Thousand isnt much to get a contract attorney involved in. I scoffed back, and went looking elsewhere.
