I have been waiting 3 years to write this review. I hired OBR architecture to design my shipping container home in Rainbow California. The 1st meeting was with the owner at the building site he sold his services quite well and we agreed to hire him.That's when it all went downhill from there. His architecture team never came to the site didnt even consider the view when designing the home and this company is about one thing and 1 thing only money. Several times I tried to speak to the owner and they would not allow me to get directly to him it was always leave a message we'll get back to you the communication through this company was horrible. The numerous mistakes on the plans were like a kindergartner drew these up. Their ability to approximate costs for changes in plans were so bad it was if they were guessing.Seriously consider another firm if you have a small projectMy bill was $18k for a 1100 sqft. Home. And I got the ala carte.House is done.Got our c.o. today.No need for them ever again.

OBR has done several projects for us at the Zoo. They have been creative as well as a good value for us on several complicated projects on very challenging sites.
