Mark Morris and the team at Oasis have designed multiple homes that we have built. Their designs are creative and thoughtful. In fact, one of them won a custom-home-of-the-year award. They are highly responsive and easy to work with. And the quality of their detailing is excellent -- the plans are clean and that attention to detail means that we don't end up with issues that are costly to solve in the field.

We bought a house that needed an entire overhaul, which meant tearing down all interior walls and starting from scratch. The layout of this house made it difficult, but we love the location. Mark was recommended to us and I can not believe how he designed this beautiful Oasis in the middle of Bay Park and transformed our 90 year old house in a modern, beachy, cosy, contemporary master piece. We couldn't be happier going with Mark. He took his time to sit down with us, explaining us the process, drafting a couple layouts that were revised a few times. Mark does not only design beautiful houses, he also understands the permitting process and ensures a smooth construction phase. I highly recommend working with Mark for any home project!

Your design of a duplex in our neighborhood shows no consideration for the surrounding environment, your 3 story structure is completely out of place among small single story homes, your thoughtlessness of your structure has blocked our homes sunlight as well as our privacy and privacy for our neighbors as well! Our once private backyards are gone as your building looms over us. Thirdly, your comically small garages and odd angle driveway will add more parked cars to and already crowded street parking.Your utter lack of respect is astonishing!
