This company are scammers! They hiring people illegally and not paying for the work. Think twice before applying for work at this company. If they are treating like this their workers who knows how they treat the clients!

Freezer was looked at by a couple companies that werent able to fix the issue. So far so good after Big City came by to handle!

Ok, I read reviews carefully and realize that a lot of emotions can go into writing them. Consequently one can see a one star rating next to a 5 star.My emotions have cooled, but my one star still stands. But Alex, my technician, gets 5 stars. I was told the part to fix my washer would take less than a week to arrive, and over 3 weeks later I was still waiting. I called, repeatedly, and was always told a technician would call me...they never did! One operator even hung up on me!! So rude and unprofessional. Call anyone else beside this company.
