Cockroaches will not go away. Pest control came 4 times and nothing. It looks like other people have same issue. The list for pest control is very long. Very dirty place.

Very bad. Maintenance never helped me and recently the office put a board with notes from "residents" who thank maintenance workers. I am sure it's just the workers and front office putting good notes because the entire complex is in very bad shape!

NOT A GOOD OR SAFE PLACE TO LIVE! Often criminal activity and police cruising at night. I hear screams and there are people that try opening car doors and apartment doors. I can't wait to move out!!

Not a good experience. It is almost impossible to call sometimes. I call during business hours and most of the time I get no response. Not very clean, I sometimes do not feel safe, not worth checking out if the place is in this bad of living condition. Ammenities are not anything to die for either, gym is inside the main office in a non enclosed space. You can find better in San Diego!

When I first started my lease here I thought it wouldnt be bad. But over the course of my time here I came to realize how wrong I was. All the cabinets were painted shut. There were always pests. The washers would constantly stop working and the dryers did less than air dry them. Maintenance is always busy with other things. They changed the mailboxes without notifying anyone and since Im always busy with work I only managed to pick up the key a couple weeks after the change. Honestly if I had to summarize my time here Id best be able to describe it as a bad year long dream.
