The overall experience is positive. It is new and has a lot of amenities. Sitting by the pool, it feels like a resort. Location is good for me. Lots of stores. However, it seems that they don't use high quality building materials ( I guess it's a common problem for newer buildings). The apartment gate is constantly out of order. The other day when I opened the gate, the push bar broke off!! The floor is not very soundproof. I had to leave a note on the door of the neighbor above me.

I cant say enough good things about the maintenance staff at our community, especially Josh! He is incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is running smoothly. Josh is not only skilled at what he does but also very caring and attentive to the residents needs. Whenever theres an issue, hes quick to respond and always with a positive attitude. His dedication and hard work truly make living here a great experience. Thank you, Josh, for all that you do! Living at MPQ is a wonderful experience overall. The community is vibrant and offers a wide range of amenities that cater to all interests. The staffs are nice and caring, especially Mat from the leasing team. Mat is always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He makes the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Its a fantastic place to live, combining urban convenience with a welcoming community.
