        I had a terrible experience with Ali (that's how I understood her name), the girl from the office. I don't know if she's new, hates her job, or just had a bad day, but she didn't help me with any of the questions I had. Their responses were: I can't tell you, I don't know Just fill out the application and I'll let your father know if he qualifies. He didn't even want to tell me how much waiting time there was for the apartments. Seeing her not being happy working there... I think my dad won't be happy living.
