Excuse me but I am NOT...NOR EVER WAS...A "LOCAL GUIDE" !! I have tried to correct this, but they still haven't changed it. THEY EVEN HAD ME DOWN AS A LOCAL GUIDE TO PLACES I'VE NEVER BEEN !! OR EVEN HEARD OF!!!!!

Wonderful place for seniors. Clean and well managed, Linda the manager makes sure of keeping the place in top condition.

I've been living here for a year and a half. We are pleased with our apartment, the rent, and the current management. When we have issues, the onsite manager gets the maintenance guy to fix things quickly. We have no infestations of any kind, and this includes clean and attractive common areas. I look at other rentals to compare, and this is a great value for the money. Our location in North Park is ideal, and although we occasionally have concerns about homeless trying to enter the property, we have experienced very little trouble in this way. Every month we have a community dinner where the manager gets a nice dinner party together for the residents. People are friendly, but you can be as social as you feel like, and it's just as easy to be left alone if that's what you prefer. This is a non smoking property. Not 420 friendly either. Pets are allowed.
