Making an appointment was easy and technician Shaun was right on time!  He quickly troubleshooted the problem with our furnace, replaced the failed capacitor, checked the system function and was on his way.  He was kind, polite, careful....nice guy too!  Thanks to Tech Air, highly recommended!
