        Self check out lady with red and black hair is lazy. Made me wait for my item at 14 because she said she couldn't go grab it even though all the other registers were open and 14 had a long line. Cashier in the next lane told me he was open and I didn't have to wait even though I was already next and said he could go grab my item from behind Register 14. Lazy people can't even walk over to a register to grab something. That's why they're replacing you with machines.

        Didn't wear glasses before. This establishment stream lined the process. All employees are very polite/helpful hell they even pick my frames. Assist Manager Lidia is the best and I owe her much thanks for changing my frame last minute.
