Nahid was a pleasure to work with. I visited the Zales, Stoneridge mall location, to find a birthday gift for my Mom. Nahid listened to what I wanted and showed me options that fit my preferences. She was patient and gave me time to browse. She educated me on the features of each peace and made my shopping experience fun. Nahid is very kind hearted and polite. Went in to find something nice for my wifes birthday. Savannah helped me and was very polite and not at all pushy to make a sale. She helped me find the perfect birthday present for my wife, and the process was so smooth I ended buying another piece I hadnt planned on picking up. 10/10

I should have written this review 2 weeks ago. I just want to give a shout out to someone special at this ZALES Stoneridge Shopping center location. Her name is Savannah and she is absolutely amazing. I was looking for a nice necklace for my wife and she went above and beyond in making sure I found the nicest gift to get me out of the dog house. I ended up finding a second necklace on sale and was still under budget with 2 gifts! It was perfect!! On top of this, she custom wrapped both in the most beautiful way Ive ever seen. Custom bows with spiral tails and everything. This woman is wonderful and I hope you get the chance to work with her if youre ever looking for something nice for your loved one like I was.
