If any one is looking for a property management company, please stay away from this company. These guys don't know a thing about management.

Horrible management company.For over a year weve been dealing with a plumbing issue which they cannot resolve but are really quick to react regarding their payments.

This outfit is a real joke! Only reason they were awarded a 1 star from me was because something had to be marked to be able to make a comment. Hugh lack of communication, people skills, and work etiquette. You go for a viewing, complete the online application and just wait and wait to be gotten back in contact with. When you are finally contacted back, its after hours of regular business when youre sitting at the dinner table, 3days later being told that I need this, that and the other. Can you hurry up, I have other applications Im going over. YOU STOP. Drop what your doing get the task done, email it over and go back to the waiting game for a response if they have received it. Another 4 days pass and after you have exhausted your efforts of trying to get a response after e-mails and phone calls you decide to make a trip down the their office to find out whats going on. Of course you leave with now answers, thats the common thing now days. Sure enough 15 mins after your departure you receive calls about how your application and paperwork was great the place has been rented, would you be interested in some of our other available places which are no where near the place you applied at. To top it all off. You then all the sudden start getting updates on your mobile device. You know, the ones you should have been getting through out the whole process of the applying.
