I only have good things to say about them. I really want to express my appreciation Shade city is simply the BEST!! We have been struggling to find a good, reliable repair person for our electrical shades for years. I was recommended to us, and WOW!! He arrived when he said he would, he fixed the blinds easily and quickly, he fixed our shutters, his price was very reasonable, he was personable and easy to work with. So happy we found him!! THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!!

Hands down the easiest best experience dealing with a company. Im not from LA - I google searched roller shade near me because my daughter moved into new space and needed a custom blackout blind . The window was too large to do anything off shelf at hardware store etc .. I wanted it asap because of privacy etc I called , got a human on the phone immediately, and within 24 hours our shade was beautifully installed! Im not kidding . Next level service. They did exactly what they said they would do in the time they said it would be done . If you need custom shade this is your spot . Diane Smith
