Going into buying our first home during these unprecedented times made us extremely nervous. Luckily for us, we found Steve who made the journey easier. His patience and care made us feel comfortable in choosing a place we can call home. No matter the question or time of day he was ready to take care of us and explain any question we asked. When we needed to visit a houses he would set up a schedule that would allow us to maximize time. Never feeling pushed or pressured to choose something quick but always giving us the space to process each house with the certainty that he was a phone call away if we needed to see one. Steve is an excellent and knowledgeable real estate agent. He found us the perfect home in City Terrace and didnt pressure us to buy. He always explains each property's good / bad attributes, is clear and patient. I appreciate that he picks up the phone when called and replied in a reasonable amount of time when questions arose. He really went out of his way to show us many properties until the right home came along. We never felt alone during the process and he took care of every detail until closing and follow up afterwards. Steve is the best real estate agent you can count on. He provides the best service anyone could hope for and we are great-full for all his work, effort, and service.

Buying or purchasing a home is not an easy process to go through, however I am so thankful we counted with the great professional assistance we received from our realtor Steve. He went above and beyond our expectations, guiding us along the process. We are forever thankful for the many questions answered and not feeling pressured into just choosing a home just to choose one but to really feel it was our home. I would highly recommend Steve whenever you feel you are ready to go through the process!

Steven was GREAT! We saw over 50 house with him. Made at least, if not more, than 40 offers. Went to view houses in 100+ degree heat, smoke from the California fires, a pandemic, rude agents representing other sellers, and he handled it all with absolute style and grace, and always made sure we were taken care of. Can't recommend him enough! If you are looking to buy a house, Steven is the guy for the job! He will take care of you!
