Robin is the greatest and working with her throughout the years has been an absolute pleasure. She has been my agent for the purchasing of two income properties; she was with me every step of the way from finding a lender through making improvements to the properties all the way through to helping me find long term tenants for both properties. Communication is key in this type of business and Robin keeps you well informed. Robin also helped me sell the house of my parents for a great price, and it was through her business savvy and expertise in marketing that made that happen. Robin is the best real estate agent in los Angeles! She was my real estate agent when I bought my house in mar vista. It was 1987 and There were 20 offers on the house and 4 counter offers from the owners. She got me the house! Then 18 years later she sold my house for over the asking price. It is my experience that Robin is the absolute best negotiator. When I think of all the real estate agents that are my friends, I put Robin above them all because she is honest and people believe her in negotiations. I know that she can handle the toughest conversations and come out on top. She gets you what you want. I'm so happy to have her on my side Thank you robin!
