I found Dolores on Redfin and sure glad we did! My husband and I just moved to California and we're desperate to find a place right away. We're first time homebuyers and didn't know anything much and California has some of the craziest and most expensive property prices, so we know it would be very challenging. But having Dolores help us every step of the way and guide us through the entire process was just priceless! She went above and beyond! Dolores Park is a wonderful and very helpful real estate agent. She made the transition of selling of our home smooth and seamless, and worry free. Dolores communicated all aspects of the sale regularly and without delay through Zoom, emails, texts and phone calls, and was readily available to answer all questions. She was instrumental in the decision of selecting the buyer by providing the benefits (and/or disadvantages) of each candidate, bid notwithstanding. I highly recommend Dolores Park without reservation for your real estate transactions.

Dolores worked with us through such a difficult market and was so patient with us finding a perfect first home. We never felt pushed to settle for a property, which was extremely important for us, and we felt educated throughout the entire first home buying process. She did a fantastic job filtering through our criteria to only show properties that we'd actually consider. We're still in touch and will definitely be using her for future purchases when the time comes.

Loved working with Dolores. I think I changed my mind so many times and thought she was going to get sick of me, but every time she reminded me... "buying a house is a big purchase and a big deal. You need to feel comfortable about your purchase and you should be happy about your decision. I'm on your side." I don't think any real-estate agent has ever made me feel so comfortable. She would do her own research and provide us house and she also dealt with me sending constent text messages on new houses I wanted to see. She is very timely with responding and her schedule was very flexible and she made it work with ours. Was extremely happy and will use her again, if I decide to buy or sell a home in the future!!!!
