Lainie is a great agent to work with. She is deeply invested in what the client wants and would constantly check with us to make sure we love what we saw. Since we were first-time buyers, she was able to guide us very well and set up the right expectations and accommodated very well to changes we had as we were still forming our plans and getting to know our tastes. She has a well-established network that saved us a lot of trouble and time during our first home purchase. She is passionate, patient, and very easy to communicate with. She put herself into the client's shoes and was deeply considerate and thorough throughout. We loved working with her and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone we know.

The real magic of Michele and Lainie is the extra love and care they put into their clients. Its just next level in every way. They fought for us. They treated us like family. And they completely over delivered. They manage to take all the stress out of the process. You just know you are in good hands at every turn. They really compliment each other well. Its a 1 + 1 = 7 type situation.

We could not have asked for a better experience working with Michele and Lainie. They made buying our first house feel stress-free. The two of them were not only patient as we had very particular wants in a home but they exceeded our expectations by finding us our dream home. They were open and honest with us every step of the way and we truly felt that they understood what we we were looking for. Their combined market knowledge is amazing and we learned so much about the home buying process from them. They made all the boring stuff fun and easy. Michele was always available for questions and gave incredibly detailed answers and made us feel comfortable with the process. Lainie is also full of knowledge and knew how to make the process fun. We were saddened when our search came to and end because we didnt get to see them anymore. A pretty great feeling when you dont have to fear your next home selling/buying experience. I wouldnt ever doubt working with these two again. Two are better than one. With Lainie and Michele, it's as simple as that. Available, knowledgable, and dedicated -- that's what stood out to me.
