If you thought you had a full service Realtor and still found yourself stressing about little items from your purchase or sale you probably havent met Colt Maloney. From beginning to end he went above and beyond, making suggestions on how we could make small improvements to the property to get more money, finding the contractor and managing them, hiring a cleaning lady to make sure the house was spotless for the open house, a clear open house and broker open strategy that worked excellently, navigating the massive pile of offers we got after only 8 days, and getting us through a very complicated escrow. I will absolutely be working with Colt again when Im ready to buy another house. Colt and Figure 8 Realty will not let you down!

Colt is fantastic to work with. He found us two incredible rental properties and was thorough, professional and on it every step of the way. Both properties needed construction and he was quick and efficient in finding the right people to work with and kept us in the loop every step of the way. I have worked with Colt for three years now, and under his guidance, I have successfully purchased one residential property, five income properties and sold another residential property. Because of this experience, I've gotten to know Colt quite well and have come to fully trust his intuition about market trends and his recommendations of what one should consider buying (and selling). In addition, Colt has an amazing sense of interior design and once again has helped me to make spot on decisions about what renovations to rental properties are essential which will garner top market rents. Based on his recommendations, I have made very good profits on all the properties in which I've invested. I should also add that at times I can be quite a very demanding client, but Colt is always ready to be of service and without hesitation goes above and beyond.
