Lorraine is one of the best Real Estate agents we have had the pleasure of working with in the Los Angeles and Coachella Valley markets. We have used her as (our) sellers agent and have worked with her in a deal where she was the buyers agent. She was hands on in every way during both processes and reviewed all details of the transactions with precise attention. She has logical and sharp negotiating skills. It was such a time saver for us when she went the extra mile in handling all of the open houses, always being available to meet other agents, buyers and inspectors and expediting all of the paperwork . She explained all of the complicated real estate paperwork in a way we could easily understand, and maintained all of the deadlines for us. Oh and , I ask ALOT of questions, and Lorraine was very patient and informative when to answering them. Lorraine went above and beyond to help me navigate the overwhelming (but exciting!) home buying process. I really would not have been able to get it done without her. Searching for the perfect place, putting in offers, helping navigate financing options, etc., was so smooth thanks to her. She even helped me nail down the PERFECT interior paint color! Highly recommend. She wont disappoint.

Lorraine has been our real estate agent for our last two home purchases and this 5-star review is long overdue.
