You need to change the hours because is definitely not 24 hours call you a couple of times on both numbers you have listed nobody ever picked up.

Needed to change my locks, called and got a quote, very professional over the phone with follow up texts before the technician arrived. Eddie arrived as scheduled, he was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. No up sales, paid what I was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for my future door lock needs.

No customer service or appreciation. They installed a Schlage lock on our front door for $289 a year ago which has not worked well. As we rarely use that door I let it go until finally it would not lock properly at all. I asked for a service call so they could make an adjustment and after waiting almost 2 hours for someone to show up they called to a say unless I payed $150 (half the cost of the lock) the service man they would not come out. We are senior citizens but I will not stand for elder abuse by anyone. Our handyman came out and made an adjustment to the door is less than 5 minutes.

I have the very unique Mul-T-Locks on my home. American Lock & Key is the only business around that can duplicate these particular type of keys. May was so helpful and reassuring. Im truly grateful for her kindness!!
