Foundry Lighting

Buyer beware kept getting Instagram ads and liked one lamp being advertised. Bought through Instagram so I didnt see the horrible return policy. The lamps were super ugly in person and did not reflect the expensive price so I initiated the return immediately. It was a hassle to do the return with a back and forth with a customer service rep. I have to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee on an extremely expensive purchase. Will never purchase from this company again.

Awesome lighting here! They have choices that other places dont have. The sales people were super knowledgeable and helped me figure out what I needed. Compared to the other choices, I got something unique and better quality for my money. This place is not the online store, but is a physical location. These guys made my lighting so much more interesting and pleasant. They rock!!

This is the worst company on all the internet.  First, they make impossible to change your mind after buying the items.   even If the item is " ready to ship " but is on back order.  They will tell you can cancel because  they already shipped the items,  although they didn't.  Also, they make it so the shipment cannot be refused, even if they charge you 50% restocking fees, it cannot be returned or held at FedEx.  It is a scam and only consider browsing as a good search engine but DO NOT buy from them.

ordered a light and it was too large. The return process is not efficient. I have yet to receive a return label for my light---it's been 13 days with multiple emails to customer service. Each email is asking for my continued patience with a window of time to expect the label. Meanwhile, the window of time expires and still no label! I will be paying in full for a light I want to return on this month's credit card statement and once it IS returned, it will be anither 2-3 weeks before my credit card is refunded! I ordered from other on line light services with much better service---won't be using Foundry Lighting again!!

Went in looking for a new light for my mother's bathroom that we were remodeling. They were professional and helped me go over what styles would fit with her house best. We had to wait a few weeks because it was being shipped, but they did inform me the pandemic has still affected the supply chain which is understandable. Looking forward to going back again when I re-do my house.
