NOVA of California

I ordered an upholstery cleaner through Walmart+ and they were the supplier of this item. Item was never delivered. They claim it was, but it wasn't. I have motion activated Ring surveillance cameras and I have no indication that a package, or any activity at the alleged time of delivery. The only help I get from this company and Walmart it to look around, ask family and neighbors if they have seen the package. Useless help. Do not deal with this company or Walmart+.

After many attempts, and several calls (no-one ever answers the phone) I found their store on Etsy. Messaged 'Daniel' who told me to email him and gave me the address. No response of course. Messaged him again several times through Etsy... still to no avail. My question was really quite simple, and it wasn't due to anything broken or requesting a replacement. He, or someone else could have answered it in thirty seconds. No, I will not write or call again, nor will I ever buy another product from NOVA. My suggestion is before you improve your products, you should improve your customer service.

I have called multiple times and sent emails asking that they replace one of my broken lamps. It burned a hole in my rug and they still haven't responded. Every time I try to call them it goes straight to voice mail and they still haven't fixed the issue. UPDATE: I FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE AFTER TWO YEARS AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO EMAIL THEM TO MAKE ME A HAPPY CUSTOMER. GUESS WHAT, I ALREADY TOSSED THE LAMP THAT OVERHEATED AND CAUSED A HOLE IN MY CARPET. ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME A REFUND? BECAUSE I CLEARLY DON'T HAVE THE PRODUCT AFTER BEING IGNORED FOR TWO YEARS.

I have called and left messages with no return call. I have sent emails with pictures. No response. My cat knocked over our lamp with 3 globes and broke all 3. I have tried for a year now to get them replaced. I actually spoke to a person today and he tells me Nova does not sell spare parts. I hope no one else has an accident with a $600 lamp.
