        Chifa is no doubt a delicious Peruvian restaurant, located in Eagle Rock. Super pricey, but did not expect anything less given that its near the heart of LA. We ordered the Braised Spare Ribs, Dan Dan Mien (noodles) and Wok-fried Vegetables - all which were super tasty. The ribs were so tender and beautifully cooked. We made sure to have room for a dessert spread and ordered four desserts, with the affogato as my hands down favorite!!!! They serve the vanilla ice cream with the most incredible *lavender milk tea* it is absolutely to die for. I would come back just for the affogato!!

        Food was fantastic. Had a weird experience where the waiter led us to believe he was treating us for my birthday and then charged us for something we did not order. That really soured the evening for us. But otherwise we really appreciated the ambience and food. The char siu was our favorite dish.
