Matrix Collision Repair

Im warning you to steer clear of this repair shop and the owner, Rodney. I was recommended to go here from my employer because it was near work and we used to recommend our clients go here. I went in for a simple fender bender and it took them nearly 2 months to complete the job. They kept giving bogus excuses as to why my vehicle was not finished. When I finally picked up the vehicle, Rodney informed me that my car is making louder noises then when I dropped it off. Red Flag much?! He blamed it on the wheel wells. I guess he took me for a fool. He said it was because the car was sitting for so long. Which if it was sitting for so long why didnt someone contact me that it was complete? I told him that didnt make sense. I was in the military and have had cars sit for much longer periods than that during deployments. I then decided to take it to my trusted mechanic to look over the vehicle and replace my brakes. They informed me that the noise is coming from my transmission and that it will need to be replaced. Mind you this is a 2018 Toyota with 68k miles on it. Some things are just not adding up. A transmission just doesnt go. We suspect Rodney and his crew switched out my transmission. This was confirmed likely from my mechanic and a Toyota dealership. STEER CLEAR!

I am delighted with the work of Matrix. They do a fantastic job and fast, but I will say Eve and Max made my experience so easy and were extremely helpful in answering all my questions and made me and my family feel so welcome in the office. I will recommend your company just because of the customers they provided us they both need a raise.
