At 5am on a rainy day, I was rear ended.  Once I returned home and called my insurance company they referred me to Sidle's to get my vehicle fixed.  It was a minor fender bender but enough paint damage as well as two small indents where the gentleman's license plate nails were to get fixed. Called Sidle's to let them know I was coming by. Went there the following day and immediately the tall gentleman that sits behind the computer you see when you first walk in knew who I was.  He asked to see the damage and so we walked out and he gave me a VERY honest response to the damage.  He also explained to me what they would need to do to inspect the damage (which most shops don't do) and I appreciated this so much.  And then we walked back in, signed a few papers and rushed me out as to not waste my time!  In a joking manner of course.  I suspected that this may take a week since I've been in other accidents but nope - they inspected the vehicle the same day.  Sent the estimate to my insurance company.  Two days later, my car was fixed!!!  They did a great job and I couldn't be happier that we know have a local shop that we can trust.

This place was great! Honest, fast and communicative. The owner was so nice and friendly. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of...which as a woman sometimes you can't help but feel like going in alone you'd get weird rates. They also took my insurance (AAA) which was really helpful.Would recommend to everyone.

Best experience I've had with a body shop - I wish I had found them sooner. Unfortunately our cars have been subjected to vandalism and rear-endings on more than one occasion. Our cars have been to a coupe of different body shops in the LA area, and this was by far our best experience. Great advice and transparency from day one. If I ever need this type of work again I will definitely be going by Sidle's. Thanks for a great experience and fantastic work! The car looks like new. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

I worked here for 2 weeks and let me tell you. The manager doesnt know what hes doing. He used my talent to get back to good standings with the insurance companies. The disposal of material from a paint shop shouldnt be put into city dumpsters. Any insurance companies should pull back from this shop because the Mickey mouse a lot of repairs. They charge too much for insurance companies to get parts or for flag rates and dont even repair whats on the estimate. I would not go to this shop and ask people to forget this business because its all fake. The manager simply said do not use good clear coat on junk cars because they are a piece of junk so customers will have to come back. Service: Painting
