My new car was hit while parked and Eli's was recommended by my dealership. The work is first rate! Car looks perfect. Staff is also friendly and super helpful, kept me informed whole time. Eli's runs a first class, clean and organized shop at the convenient3rd & LaBrea location. My car was damaged by the fault of the other driver who happened to have a SlowWalk Insurance Co. whose Appraiser disappeared with no trace and Adjustor answered every 20 calls.. Artem was most detailed in processing the intake of my BMW convertible with great follow-up. Artem arranged anUber on my first visit and offered a Rental. Unfortunately, I was forced out-of-pocket on reimbursement by SlowMo Insurance. Rosie managed my case with punctual, professional and personal service. Rosie cares and goes to bat passionately for Elis's customers. Rosie answers her phone and emails right away to stay on her mission toget your car fixed.. Because of the delays with the Drag-it-Out Insurance Rosie suggested I file a claim with my own. Since the other driver was at fault I reluctantly filed a claim with my insurance who acted expeditiously and resolved the issues in 2 weeks that had been stalled for 2 months. Ray's BMW expertise addressed detailed issues. Allen and Katia enthusiastically facilitated the paperwork. Allen personally walked me to the adjacent lot to check on my car mid-process. George was greatwith immediate follow-up on a headlight matter. I would go to Eli's again. They will take care of your car and you. 10/10! 5 Stars!
