        Their tech Max was great. He identified and shared the hinges were showing signs of failure and offered to replace them at a reasonable cost. No hard sell just shared the concern and gave me the choice. He tuned the garage door and opener and replaced the supplied rollers. The door is the quietest its been in years. He was also very prompt on arriving at the scheduled time. Would be happy to use Easy Door Company again.

He was able to address our issues and even checked other items with the garage opener system. He was done within an hour and walked me through what was done and showed me that the unit was operating properly. Thank you
