My wife and I were very impressed with Bhavna's professional service provided during the sale of our condominium in Irvine. She knew the community and our complex in particular. She kept us informed daily of the progress and what needed to be done. She was always available and accessible if we needed to discuss any matters that were pending. Bhavna helped me successfully bid and win to buy our home here mid-March 2022. If you know, this market is crazy right now, and it's really hard to get a home in the price point you feel comfortable with in Orange County, let alone anywhere in Southern California. She truly represented me in the process and looked out for my best interests throughout the transaction process- and I cannot reiterate how important that is in the home purchase process. She was incredibly patient with me and also would qualm many of my worries and questions. Buying a home can be confusing and stressful- and Bhavna has such a calm and collected demeanor that it helped me feel at ease at moments I was just overall worried. After seeing homes, she was great with all my cell phone text/ phone call questions throughout the process. During offers/escrows- being I come from being a stickler for contract review- she was very thorough from that perspective and was proactive on explaining to me on what documentation to expect and what to review. When it came to inspection vendor and lender- she was flexible to my preferred vendors and was again courteous and professional with both and kept all in the loop. In home searching she would advise what she was aware of the property and surrounding area, and would advise strategy on offer letter approaches that would make me stand out. Add, at any of the showing appointments she was also often there early scoping out the property and surrounding areas to share notes with me. I also noticed she knows all the established realtors and brokers. I happily recommend her to anyone looking for a home and would would work with her again to for selling/purchasing/renting.
