        This restaurant blew my expectations out of the water! My bf has known the owner through covid and thank god he could make it through with Cluck Kitchen and the Cut. Its very obvious the owner and chefs have a PALETTE. I got the pork belly burger and my god. The havarti and the sweetness of the bacon jam are choices the opposite of arbitrary. Also the tots in the cheese sauce were absolutely the best Ive ever had. The quality of ingredients here along with the FLAVOR is unmatched. Easily among my top ten favorite restaurants and I consider myself a bit of a snob when it comes to a menu. This place deserves fame, straight up. To me also the service at a restaurant really doesnt matter if the food is amazing, but everyone there was so kind and helpful. 10/10 experience , we will be back ASAP.
