The lack of professionalism and racism at this place was astounding. I couldnt believe that right next to me, the therapist was talking to another patient about how immigrants only bring a bunch of diseases into this country and all should be deported. So heartbreaking and disappointing.

The staff are great but even me as a regular patient cannot set-up an appointment because they have no therapists available. They have not hired replacements for those who have resigned or on leave. What a bad business!

I have a screen shot of my call log to these people. I called 12 times over a few hour time span and left multiple messages. Theyre far and away the most unprofessional medical service Ive dealt with. You cant not only get in touch with them but if you do manage to set an appointment nothing better happen between that time and the appointment where you need to confirm because they wont waste there time. I left numerous detailed messages and they wouldnt respond. Getting ahold of citrus valley to find anybody else to do my therapy.

AS AN NEW POTENTIAL PATIENT FOR PHYSICAL THERAPY @ UNITED THERAPY NETWORK , INC IN GLENDALE CA. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE PERSON THEY HAVE ANSWERING THE PHONE & SCHEDULING NAME GIVEN "CARMEN" WAS JUST HORRIBLE. "CARMEN" WAS VERY ABRUPT IN HER DELIVERY. SHE WAS SPEAKING TO ME IN A VERY CONDESCENDING WAY & TONE . "CARMEN" OVER TALKED ME & ASKED THESE RAPID FIRE QUESTIONS AND I HAD TO KEEP ASKING HER COULD SHE REPEAT WHAT SHE WAS ASKING ME WHICH CAUSED HER YO BE VERY IMPATIENT WITH ME . ALTHOUGH I TOLD HER THAT I HAD AN AUTHORIZATION LETTER , HER RESPONSE WAS OFF PUTTING & RUDE. SHE LITERALLY GOT LOUD & TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO SUCH LETTER & TOLD ME TO HAVE IT FAXED FROM WHERE I RECEIVED MY APPROVAL LETTER . WOWWW MAYBE I SHOULDN'T GO TO THIS FACILITY IF SHE "CARMEN" IS INVOLVED WITH MY CARE. MY DAY HAD BEEN GREAT UNTIL MY INTERACTION WITH "CARMEN" NOT GOOD SHAME HER. PROBABLY DOES A LOT OF PEOPLE THE SAME WAY.
