If I could give VIP Trust Deed and Peter Rosenthal 10 stars I would. An excellent review is what this company deserves. Peter helped my family sort through a very difficult situation and his solution, surprisingly, worked out to be in everyones best interest. I am forever in debt (no pun intended) to VIP Trust Deed.

We received amazing professional and helpful service at V.I.P. Trust Deed Co. on our 1st Trust Deed loan. Peter R., Cameron, Cheryl and Annette took good care of us and went above and beyond to help us get out of an extreme situation with a previous lender. They answered every question we had and did everything in a timely manner. Peter R. was so personable and so knowledgeable that it made the things presented to us throughout the process, easily understood. We were very pleased with the interest rate we received. Peter Rosenthal, broker, gave me outstanding advice regarding the sale of two apartment buildings I have owned for many years. He recommended a great real estate broker, Arthur Mangassarian, of RE Max Tri-City real estate in Glendale, CA. Peter explained the advantages to me regarding selling the properties and carrying the financing. It was the perfect thing to do at my age. Peter helped me with every detail of the terms of the first trust deed. Both buildings sold within 2 days of one another at a very good and fair price; right in the ball park with comparative sales. The escrow period was relatively short. Mr. Rosenthal is extremely knowledgeable with many decades of experience. I highly recommend his company.
