Bill's Cafe

I recommend having a reservation,the cafe gets very busy. Food was good. However I ordered the cowboy skillet and once it got out to the table it was cold. I was expecting my order to come out on an actual skillet that would allow the food to be steaming hot. I also ordered a Belgian waffle with nutella, whip cream, & strawberries, I wanted peanut butter they didnt have any. Fish bowl Guava mimosa was good!

Good american breakfast with some mexican twist on their eggs/omlt dishes. Service can definitely improve..do not felt welcomed or warmth but still good overall. Like the vibes though, it is a local spot.

Ah, what a refreshing add to the crowd of 'cafes' in the downtown Fremont. I was so over the Denny's and bear diners that I sought counsel from all knowing 'Google maps' for genuine pearl along the fakes. When Bill's cafe popped up, I was a bit apprehensive about the name but the ratings persuaded me to give a try. From the get go, I have walked through the entrance the contagious, youthful and hospital vibe just coasted me from start to finish. The vibrant atmosphere, pleasant & courteous staff, genuine and not forced or unaffected conversation from the barista to the bartendet to the server to the patrons , revved my mood from 0 to 150 in one dining experience!! I have been to this joint twice since then and my opinion hasn't changed yet. Try it out, and ding me if you disagree.
