After living in my house for 32 years, I finally decided that it was now a necessity for central A/C.I did my preliminary research and found three companies who had great reviews.The third and final company that came out to provide estimates was GC Heating & Cooling, a local family owned company.Gustavo, the owner came to my house the same day I called.I knew within 30 minutes that I definitely would be having Gustavo’s company be the ones’ to do the job.Though Gustavo’s long and impressive background prior to starting his own business, along with the numerous favorable reviews detailing his customers’ experiences, were partially instrumental in my decision, there were even more important reasons for my doing so.Gustavo is a truly genuine and decent human being!He was eloquent and communicated in terms that I as a layman could understand.Of particular importance for me is the fact that we have a bonus room that was added on to the house by the first owner, and I was concerned about getting good airflow into that large area.Gustavo conveyed a plan that seemed even more thorough and sensible than the other two companies I spoke with.And to my surprise, his quote was a few thousand dollars less than the other family owned company that had also really impressed me!It is obvious to me that Gustavo has immense pride in his work, his company’s reputation, and the ultimate satisfaction of his customers. In other words, I truly believe that Gustavo could make more money for his work. However his ethics, integrity, and morals, are more important to him than excess profits!He and his son Alex started the job early Monday morning and finished the work mid-afternoon Wednesday.They were always on time, upbeat, and very hard working.Gustavo took care of setting up the asbestos removal in the attic, the city work permit, and at the job’s completion, the two inspections (efficiency inspection and city inspection).Lastly, we have some rescue animals, a dog and a few “house” cats. Gustavo and his son Alex were always on top of making sure that my pets were secure.As it turned out, Alex rescues cats and Gustavo is also a huge animal lover and rescue advocate. Personally, I have found that people who are lovers of animals usually are compassionate, decent, and genuine in other areas of their lives as well.I’m extremely happy with our new A/C and Heating System, and though we have not yet had to use it for extreme heat, I know that Gustavo will be there for me if I feel the need for assistance.I consider myself blessed to have found Gustavo and GC Heating and Cooling and of course am highly recommending them!

I recently changed out my very old HVAC system. After getting several quotes from different vendors, I chose GC heating and cooling. Their price was very competitive and Orlando and Gustavo knew their stuff inside and out. After all the installation is done without any issues, I am glad that I made really good decision. I would highly recommend these guys to anybody who is looking for HVAC system or service.

I am very happy with the service, the punctuality of Gustavo and family who did the work for us. Gustavos knowledge helped us to make the right decision on choosing size of unit and to go with the hvac system. I would recommend GC Heating and Cooling to all my friends and family because they are honest and reliable as well as best price for the best units In heating and air conditioning. Gustavo and his team are the best. I had a big problem with my existing 14 year old HVAC system and needed to fully replace it. After getting multiple quotes from a number of different highly rated HVAC companies I decided to go with GC heating and cooling. Gustavo came out to assess the job himself. It was clear he was very knowledgable and experienced. He was easy to communicate with and he provided a very competitive bid. I decided to go with them for the job. Gustavo's team installed a full new HVAC system in my house. The team got the job done in a timely fashion. They were very responsive, respectful, clean and knowledgable. Everyone worked really hard to finish the project and it was clear they all care about the quality of work and their clients Juan was super kind, knowledgable and helpful with the whole install. He even came back multiple times to fine tune the system just the way I wanted it. Gustavo was very easy to communicate with and stands behind his work. He even took care of an issue I had a year later without any problem. I highly recommend GC heating to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy, reliable HVAC company.
