        Tracy Frith handled the refinance of our home loan. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but her response time was impeccable and she got us the lowest rate out there. She even went above and beyond in contacting our solar company when we were not getting a timely response back from them. I wholeheartedly highly recommend Summit and Tracy.

The best part of my experience was Tracy's availability. I tend to ask a lot of questions. She was able to send me mortgage estimates within minutes of my first call and always answered my questions by phone, email, or text on the same day.
