        Total incompetence and lies by the staff. Almost caused a major problem. First provided wrong coverage and lied about California fair plan. Second, lied about not receiving photos and sent notices to wrong address despite being given correct address repeatedly Third, they made a mistake on the insured property address. No stars or negative is a fair rating. Finally, they wouldn't bother fix their mistakes.
