Didnt look nothing like it didnt in the pictures, also havent refunded my deposit back a whole month later when the room was left clean. I tried calling and they say it has to do with my bank but theres nothing wrong on the banks end for both of the rooms we stayed in.

So firstly, the staff is AMAZING. They let me check in really early so I actually had somewhere to go, I am eternally grateful for that! Beds are kinda comfy! Rooms are super spacious and there's a kitchenette! Tye only reason for my low rating is that this place is NOT sound proof whatsoever. You can hear every single stupid noise that goes on, and there are no black out curtains. Just blinds on the windows. I need my room quiet and dark (like a lot of people, I imagine), when I sleep, so for that reason I'd never stay here again. But, if those things don't bother you, I'd highly recommend this place. Again, the staff went above and beyond for me and I am so appreciative. It isn't their fault this place was built like this haha...EDIT: it is now close to 10 pm and the noise has just gotten worse. This is honestly insane, I've never experienced noise like this before in my entire life. I don't know wtf these people are doing around here, it literally sounds like elephants in every single room. This place should be shut down. They say there's no smoking in the entire hotel but it just smells like weed.... absolutely crazy. If I had a bigger car I'd just sleep in there. Stay the HELL away from this place if you value your sanity.EDIT again because you guessed it, im still awake. Im currently in room 222. So perhaps the insanely noisy people are only on this floor I don't know. I have no idea how someone can make this much noise in a damn hotel room.Ok last update. The noise kinda slowed at around midnight and started right back up again, loud as ever, at around 5 am. Im not sure how this place is in business.... I guess cause of idiots like myself.
