        Giving it 4 stars because the lady at the desk in the evening/night shift was SUPER helpful! Rooms where clean but a little dated. Parking lot was a little sketchy for my taste, but they have security that runs the parking lot all night to make sure whoever is parked there is a guest.

        Great staff, loved the breakfast and fresh cookies. Great location to other businesses. Pool clean, plenty of supplies. We had a problem getting TV to work. Felt bad for front staff after hours as he said he could not leave station as he was all alone. Later I discovered how to fix TV and I had a waiting text from hotel offering help. This was our 2nd visit and we would book again

        BEWARE OF CHARGES. Had a great stay and paid extra for our pet. After checking out and driving home I see they charge $150 and management claimed they found pet stains on the towels. This is a straight lie as our pet is fully potty trained and we did not use any towels on her during our short stay. Stay far far away from this hotel. Is obviously a scam and they are lying saying our pet caused stains which we did not. I would not mind paying extra if she did damage since thats my responsibility but this is simply ridiculous to lie. Stay elsewhere on your trips through Bakersfield or youll get over charged.
