Absolutely unreliable service. The flowers never got delivered despite confirmation email. They called back after 3 days to say oh probably the order slipped somehow in the system. They offered no compensation, still did not deliver any flowers. Have also heard bad reviews from others in the quality of the flowers. Do yourself a favor and pick another florist.

DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! We had an unexpected delivery on Thursday, July 20th sometime. The floral arrangement was left on the porch on one of our hottest days, 105 degrees. No phone call nor notification that these flowers were on the porch, as we were not home that day. We did not find them until the next day about 6pm. The were all wilted!!!! Tried to call Diana's but no one answwered. Left a message, twice, but no response. They obviously are not going to stand by their 100% satisfaction guaranteed statement. Tried to file a complaint with Teleflora but that went nowhere.

I walked into this flower shop 1 year ago. I was greeted by Veronica with such a warmness. Since that day Ive been a loyal Costner sending flowers at least once a month. Every time I call they all greet Me by My Name & make Me feel like 1 of their own. I forgot to mention that I live in San Fernando Valley & thats some distance. So how they are with Me means a lot. If youre looking for a flower shop that cares about their customers then look no further. This is the spot. They make you feel like youre more than just a customer. Cheers SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS
