All of the employees are polite and friendly. The manager Jocelyn was very helpful helping me address my dads account. Wonderful customer service! The handheld air gun is AMAZING! I will definitely come back to this location!

The DESIGN for this car wash line is SEVERLY FLAWED. Update:April 4 2024 WORST DESIGN EVER, impossible to enter correctly. This is a brand new facility and whoever you had engineer this design did not go through the simulations to see how it would be for the drivers who have to come through here first of all you added like an extra 30 yards of indoor space at the end of the line with a garage door for who the hell knows why reason apparently serving no purpose for car washes, and the most important flaw of all there's almost no room at all when you're turning into enter the line you have like 5 ft this entry is shorter by maybe double or triple the length of every other Mr Car Wash facility the entry into the car wash cannot be that short it is a huge flaw take some of that extra 40 to 50 yards at the end of the line that's indoor inside of a garage for no reason and add some of that to the entry so that people can enter without bumping into all of the Rails. Severe design flaw. Obviously it's a brand new facility it has brand new washers brand new vacuums like yeah that's going to be good the design is extremely flawed the layout needs to be adjusted somewhat knock out that wall That's blocking people from entering and extend it about double the length of what it is now I won't be the only person complaining about this trust me and I have memberships to two car wash companies not just yours and I travel all the time I've seen every facility and every location from Fresno down to Los Angeles this is not an uninformed opinion. 4.25.2023

I love that this location has the air! I will drive out of the way even though the one on Gosford is closer just because they have the compressed air to get all the water out of the nooks and crannys
