We called with an ant issue and they were very responsive and came out immediately. They took the time to explain what they were doing and how it worked and were very honest about how often it would be needed. They also took the time to answer all the other questions I had about bugs and pests (I had a lot!).

When i saw these reviews, I had to write one. Ive been using this company for about 5 years and have nothing but good to say. The inspectors do a thorough inspection even if it means crawling around in the attic or under the house. They are honest and their prices are fair. I use them for my house and my moms house and i was actually referred to this company by another company that does bugs but not termites and he highly recommended simply termite and Inspector Alan Dennis. Im grateful for his recommendation and glad i took his advice. Im not sure what others were expecting but if youve got termites, Alan will find them. Just for honesty purposes, my last inspection was, no bugs!
